LEAPP Dispensary Excellence Program  

The LEAPP Dispensary Excellence Program has been designed to provide dispensary teams with a step-by-step framework for dispensary excellence, with a focus on building dispensary workflow efficiencies to allow pharmacists more time to engage their patients and the key counselling skills to influence patient health outcomes and expand professional services.

LEAPP is a 12-week program that aims to build new behaviours, systems and processes for dispensary teams to optimise service in the dispensary and professional service areas. The three key objectives are:

• Increased pharmacist availability across script-in and script-out counters
• Improved quality of patient engagement through upskilling pharmacists in counselling techniques
• Successful implementation of professional services.

There are five core elements that make up the LEAPP Dispensary Excellence Program:

1. Leadership and Change Management – to support sustained practice change and build team culture
2. Engagement and Care Counselling – to optimise interactions with customers to create better health outcomes, while increasing product and services uptake
3. Analytics and Data – to measure program outcomes and support pharmacy business performance
4. Physical Design and Workflow – to build dispensary workflow efficiencies and optimise dispensary systems, processes and productivity
5.  Professional Services – to support successful execution of professional services programs.

PSS Sleep Apnoea Program  

Exclusive partnership with Pharmacy Sleep Services (PSS), delivering the program to screen patients with clinically validated screening tools, identifying patients who may be at risk of sleep apnoea, and then facilitating further testing and treatment for sleep apnoea.

Sigma Dose Administration Aid Program

Holistic Dose Administration Aid solution for pharmacies, including discounted rates on packing software, branded consumables and convenient availability of consumables through Sigma warehouses, including overnight or next day delivery and no minimum order.
