Sigma’s money back quality guarantee is not intended to replace your consumer rights or a seller’s obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, but to provide a fast and easy resolution when you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of the product(s) you purchased. The money back guarantee operates in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to claim the money back guarantee you will need to:

• Provide a valid proof of purchase
• Have purchased the product(s) at an Amcal Pharmacy or Discount Drug Store within Australia, or online from the Amcal or Discount Drug Stores website
• Have purchased the product(s) no more than 6-months ago; and
• Ensure that at least 50% of the contents remains.

How to make a claim

You will need to take the product together with the proof of purchase to the pharmacy you originally purchased the product(s).

If you purchased the product(s) online from the Amcal or Discount Drug Stores website, please take the product together with the proof of purchase to the pharmacy that fulfilled your order (this information can be found on the order invoice).

You will need to be prepared to provide details such as your name and contact number, along with a government issued identification document may be required to be presented.

Provided you are eligible to receive the money back guarantee, it will be issued using the original payment method as specified in your proof of purchase.

If the reason for your return is due to a change of mind, please contact the pharmacy that you purchased the product(s) from or fulfilled your order for further details.
