Discount Drug Stores wins the 2021 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for Chemist/Pharmacy of the Year

We are proud to announce that Discount Drug Stores have been awarded the 2021 Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Award for Chemist/Pharmacy of the Year. Roy Morgan has over 75 years’ experience in collecting objective, independent information on consumers.

These annual awards celebrate Australia’s best of the best. Customer satisfaction ratings are collected from Roy Morgan’s Single Source survey of approximately 60,000 Australians each year and is the world’s largest ongoing single source survey. To win in this category means DDS have achieved the highest number of months in 2021 with a number one ranking and adds to DDS’ first win back in 2018.
