Discount Drug Stores (DDS), Sigma Healthcare’s discount pharmacy brand, has been awarded Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers Award for Pharmacies for 2025, receiving the highest rating of 5 stars for Overall Satisfaction in the latest pharmacy customer satisfaction survey.
Canstar Blue, one of Australia’s most trusted consumer comparison platforms, surveyed over 3,000 Australians who had visited a pharmacy in the past six months. Discount Drug Stores emerged as the top-rated pharmacy brand, receiving the highest satisfaction rating from respondents. Our Amcal and Chemist Warehouse brands also performed well with both pharmacies receiving an overall satisfaction rating of 4 stars.
Respondents were asked questions relating to the pharmacy where they made a purchase,
and covered areas including value for money, prescription availability and speed of dispensing, product range, checkout experience, store layout and experience, website layout and experience, and overall pharmacy satisfaction.
