We’re hitting the road once again for Daniher’s Drive, FightMND’s four-day road trip, to help raise vital funds and awareness for motor neurone disease (MND).

This year marks the 10th anniversary of Daniher’s Drive, a milestone moment for FightMND’s iconic four-day fundraising journey, which will travel through South Australia and bring together hundreds of participants in support of the fight against motor neurone disease (MND).

Founded in 2014 by late AFL legend Neale Daniher AO, FightMND has become Australia’s largest independent funder of MND research. The organisation continues to drive significant investment into clinical trials, research programs and support initiatives that provide hope to people living with the condition. Neale’s courage, leadership and determination have united a nation in the fight against what he calls “the beast”.

“Chemist Warehouse is extremely humbled to be part of such a passionate and important initiative year after year in support of FightMND.”

Deputy Chief Executive Officer – Retail, Mario Tascone.

“Neale’s tireless advocacy and resilience continue to inspire us all,” said Mario. “And we are proud to continue supporting this campaign and the legacy he created, which has touched so many across the community. If you can’t make it along to Daniher’s Drive this year, we encourage you to get down to your local Chemist Warehouse and donate. Every dollar counts and brings us one step closer to a cure.”

Throughout October, more than 500 Chemist Warehouse stores across Australia will also take part in through an in-store fundraising initiative, giving customers the opportunity to donate and support FightMND’s work.
