DDS rated highly after extensive survey responses covering a range of critical customer criteria, including product range, prescription speed and availability and overall customer satisfaction.
DDS was ranked second overall for customer satisfaction comparing leading Australian pharmacy brands and received the maximum five stars for categories such as checkout experience, value for money and store layout & presentation.
Canstar Blue, in its latest published pharmacy customer satisfaction ratings index, highlighted the performance of DDS.
