Through our Australian network of 14 Distribution Centres, Sigma services over 4,000 pharmacies nationwide with over 15,000 product lines daily. We make over a million deliveries by road, sea and air to our valued customers per year. In FY27 we will commence operations from a new 23,000sqm Distribution Centre in New Zealand with capacity to service our New Zealand customers.
Having invested over $400M in Distribution DCs and warehousing technology, Sigma Healthcare’s infrastructure provides market leading services to Australia’s healthcare supply chain.
Our new DCs are critical to servicing the growing needs of Sigma’s customers across Australia and New Zealand. Our investment in new infrastructure including DCs and sophisticated, state of the art automated picking systems has enabled our business to continue to grow while meeting customer needs with accuracy and speed. We will continue to invest in world class technologies, enabling us to support our varied customers’ demands.
Our 14 DCs manage the end-to-end life cycle of in excess of 14, 000 products and deliver over 220 million units per year.

Community Pharmacy
As a signatory to the Federal Government’s Community Service Obligation (CSO), Sigma provides timely supply of medicines, ensuring availability and delivery to our branded and independent pharmacy partners for their customers usually within 24 hours Australia-wide.
Aged Care
With industry-leading software and flexible packing solutions, consultancy services and more, Sigma offers medication management via MPS Connect – providing an end to end solution for our customers’ Dose Administration Aid (DAA) requirements.
3PL customers
Utilising Sigma’s National Distribution network, our 3PL division has been operating for over 10 years. We provide warehousing and distribution solutions for various customers across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Consumables and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sectors.
Our dedicated Quality Assurance Team maintains our Quality Management Systems (QMS) to support our various customers quality requirements.
