The Be Good To Yourself (BGTY) program provides pharmacy customers with all of the tools, education and support they need to achieve and maintain an ideal body weight – successfully, healthily and sustainably.
BGTY benefits pharmacists by placing the pharmacy at the centre of a healthy lifestyle. A significant percentage of participants in the BGTY pilot program saw a percentage weight loss of 5% – 11+% within 12 weeks, with 73% achieving a >8 point improvement in Oxford Paid Scores.
What’s more, participants scored the program at a mean of 8.9/10 for overall satisfaction. As a pharmacy owner, increased customer satisfaction can translate to increased visitation and other business advantages.
